Necronomicon 2001: A Great Success!

We all had a blast at Necronomicon 2001, our first convention appearance as a company! We had a good turn out at all of our panels, with the last one on sunday doubling our previous counts! Seems word of TG got around fast by the last day of the con!

Gaming was a major focus of the con, although 3E had only a small showing with 2E leading the pack among other games such as Call of Cthulhu and GURPS. Board and Strategic wargames also had a strong presence in the gaming rooms, although Chainmail was not among the games played.

We also got a chance to meat many great people; artists, writers and even Dave Arneson himself!

You Asked for it, We Listened! Interludes is Going to PRINT!

"With the first flakes of winter snow in the air, your party finally sees the end of their long journey in the hamlet of Kirkwood. Fornheim, the caravan master, has paid you well for keeping him and his profits safe for the last four months. Your escort is at an end. Bluffside, city of wonder and excitement, calls. Just a few loose ends and you can leave for your new lives of action and adventure."

Thus begins Interludes: Brief Expeditions to Bluffside, the first adventure sourcebook released by Thunderhead Games™, Inc. Designed for four, second level player characters, Interludes promises to be much more than just an adventure. With the inclusion of 12 new Creatures, 2 new Spells, 11 new Items, 2 new Prestige Classes (one done by Monte Cook), 2 new feats, 12+ new Places of Interest (POIs) in Kirkwood, and 30+ new NPCs, Interludes is also a jammed packed sourcebook.

Due to this unique melding of adventure and sourcebook, Interludes promises to be a complete area that can be dropped into any d20 fantasy setting. GMs will find tons of information that will help you to extend the adventure almost endlessly. Your players will be able to explore its vast haunts long after the adventure is complete. This 64-page adventure sourcebook, printed in conjunction with Mystic Eye Games, will be a welcome addition to any gamer's library.
