So, What Do I Win?
Other than fame, glory and prestige? Well, you also get the following prizes:
Winner: Copies of Mystic Warriors, Nightmares & Dreams and The Pit of Loch-Durnan from Mystic Eye Games, The Longest Night (Privateer Press), Touched By The Gods (Atlas Games) and 3 sets of magnetic Adventure Tiles from Skeleton Key Games. Also you will get a free download of Interludes from Thunderhead Games™ and will have an NPC named after you in an upcoming product!

Steve Miller and Thunderhead Games™ Present...
D20 Tools Monster Design Contest!
(aka D20 Tools Contest #2)
Halloween is coming up, and right behind it is the Season of Night! Help usher in the Dark Times with D20-compatible monsters that will chill us to the bone!
Yes, friends and neighbors... it's time for another D20 Tools contest! This time, we're asking you to design terrible creatures that will delight Game Masters and terrify players in D20 campaigns around the world. The sky's (and the deepest, darkest corner of Hell) the limit with this one.
There are three general genres we'd like to see monsters for: Fantasy, Modern Day, Space Opera/Far Future. Terrain types and habitats are whatever serves the creature best. The best creatures are the ones that can be used in ANY genre/setting, as the thrust of D20 Tools is to give stuff for Game Masters to use in the widest range of campaigns. However, even if you make a monster that would be totally out of place in a sci-fi campaign, it might still win... creativity and creepiness are going to be two out of three of the most important criterion that will be used when our judge, veteran D20 game designer Steve Miller, chooses the winners!
First Prize: The creature will be featured in a forthcoming commercial D20 product designed by Steve Miller, and will be brought to terrifying life with an illustration by Thunderhead Games™ artist Scott Purdy. The entry will also be spotlighted on the Domain of Fun and Games' Winners page and included in the D20 Tools archive. A copy of "Into the Dragon's Lair," autographed by the designers, Steve Miller and Sean K Reynolds OR a still-shrink-wrapped copy of TSR's "Chainmail" by Gary Gygax and Jeff Perren. (This is a real collector's item... and the game that is the roots of Dungeons and Dragons!)
Second Prize: The creature will be included in a piece of fiction by Steve Miller, either as part of the "Anthyl's Game" series, or as part of a Round Robin kick-off chapter in the Fiction Archive.
Third Prize: The creature will be spotlighted on the Domain of Fun and Games' Winners page and included in the D20 Tools archive. A copy of the D20 adventure "The Heart of Amun Khonshu" published by AEG OR a random issue of Dragon Magazine published by TSR/WoTC.

100% OGL Compliance is our Goal!
Due to the recent comments made by Ryan Dancey regarding the non-compliance of most d20 companies with regards to the Open Gaming License, we have decided to take the following steps. First off, we are adding another level of checks and balances to our product development phase. We feel that complete and absolute compliance is both vital and prudent. Because of this, we will push back the official release date of our first print product, Bluffside: City on the Edge©, to February 2002. We feel that it is important to put out a product that is both perfectly legal and absolutely the best it can be. Also, Bluffside: City on the Edge© is now scheduled to be released as a 144 page sourcebook instead of its originally scheduled 128, including an 18" x 24" pull out map.

Button & Banner Downloads!
Now you can display one of our buttons or banners on Your site. Just go to the Banner & Buttons Download section and take your pick! A note however: the banners appear to be smaller than the standard 468 X 60 size, but that is naught but illusion. When you download them, they will be the correct size.
